- I was not able to exit the parking garage after misplacing my ticket. The exit gate has an option to account for this so I selected the lost ticket option and it failed at least 4 times, however, my credit card was charged 4 times at a rate of $5.00 each time. The maximum for 1 day is $5.00. The video attendant was not helpful while the cue of cars backed up behind me to get out. I got out because a gentlemen swiped his pass, which opened the gate for me. I will send Capital Gateway a screen shot of the $20.00 in parking charges and I will also inform my company about being overcharged for parking and also about being unable to leave without the assistance of a stranger. My company directs visitors to park at this garage. This is also the first time I have parked at this garage since they removed attendants in favor of completely automated
