209 Martin Luther King Jr Way Garage

 - This is the worst medical facility garage I have ever parked in. It doesn’t have enough spaces to accommodate the volume of people getting medical care at the medical offices; the spaces are woefully small and barely accommodate a SUV; on one occasion last year there was a horrific gas smell that made us feel nauseous—this garage has no redeeming features what so ever. My partner and I have started taking Lyft/Uber cars to get to our appointments to minimize the stress of having to park in this horrific garage. Kaiser should be ashamed of contracting with such a user unfriendly parking garage.

 - Who is responsible for making repairs in this garage? The gates are chronically broken which causes a backup on surface streets at the entrance and in the garage to exit. Repairs have been attempted unsuccessfully. I think this garage is unsafe, over-crowded and possibly dangerous if an evacuation is needed.

 - I went into the Kaiser at 2:10 AM left at 2:35 AM gate wouldn't open even after putting the voucher in, it made me put in my credit/debit card it said invalid card type put in the ticket again and the gate open, check my bank account and I was charged $18 dollars for a less than half hour parking between 8pm and 6:30 am. According to the pricing guidline at most it was a $2 dollar parking not a 24hr parking charge. Attempt to call and get it rectified and I get the run around and told it would take 7 days to get my money back even though they can take it out instantly. Bank wont do anything, tell me it is a disputed charge with the company. Going to the DR is supposed to help make you feel better not make you regret ever going and worse part is you have no choice, you have to park in their garage.
