- Terrible. Everybody there had horrible customer service. Our parking ticket started at 2:30, we were at the booth at 4:25 and had a 1 hour validation from Billy Beez, but we were still forced to pay. Not only that, the workers including a supervisor were very rude. When we explained that we didn't have the cash we were told we could wait 3 hours for a manager, or could call somebody to bring us money. Very upset with the way this was handled.
