- I am so mad with this parking garage right now. I live in one of the downtown Memphis flats and pay around $75 a month for parking in the Barbaro garage. With music fest this weekend, I get that downtown is crazy busy. But I tried to park in this garage that I pay a decent about for every month and there are no spots remaining at all. I had to pay $15 to park in a less safe lot and walk a lot further to get home. If I have to pay this much money, I ought to have a spot available for me always or a way for Premier Parking to refund me part of my monthly fee when spots aren't available. What ever happened to turning this garage into a renters only garage?
