 - One Star is too many to give this parking lot. The new system to pay for parking a not easy to use. I DO NOT want to enter my credit card on an app. I DO NOT want to have to scan a QR code. My elderly mother can't park at the doctor's office because she doesn't have a smart phone. This new system is NOT user friendly. You should go back to "pull a ticket" and pay with a credit card or cash.

 - I am changing doctors because of this new parking system. I downloaded the app, entered my information, including payment info and was led to believe that my card would be charged. a few weeks later, I recieved a nasty letter saying I had a parking violation and owed the Metropolis company $40.00. This company is a scam and I won't use any of their lots ever again.

 - My complaint is the procedures used for paying for parking. You took a system that was easy to use, easy to pay, and messed it up totally. The old system WORKED Great. You drive up, get a ticket, when you are ready to leave, you stop by the machine, or pay at the departure gate. SIMPLY, Convenient, and easy. Now you have to be a Technocrat to get it to work. Unfortunately, my wife's doctors are located at your facility, and have been for the last twenty years (20). So changing doctors isn't an option. On, Oct 22. I took my wife to the clinic, and found out about the parking change. I went to the office in the garage area, and paid, $10.00 for 45 minutes of parking. Now, I drive in, drop her off, and try to drive out. The reason I say "try" is because you have to set as long as ten (10)minutes for the gate to open. The ten mintes is no exaggeration. I've timed it. Now, I've received a Parking Ticket Violation from, Metropolis, for, $39.25. $9.00 for parking, and 30.25, for ticket fine. That i s totally ridiculous, for several reasons. 1. This was, Oct 23. 2. I didn't park. I drove in and dropped my wife off, and drove out. Course had to wait for the gate to open, which it did after about 5 min. I waied in down the street for her. 3. I drove back to pick my wife up. Again, I did not park. I drove in, picked her up, and drove out. Waited about 5 min for the gate to deside to open. Where, and to whom do I protest this charge?
