 - I used your 1225 oldt town garage 2 weeks ago, I was shorted $15 due to lack of change. I put in $20 for a $4 ticket, it gave me $1 in return. I have called almost every day for reimbursement to no avail. Eddie left a voice mail after that nothing. Still nothing, I will hound you until you pay me what is owed.

 - I have been parking here for years, usually when I shop for groceries at Plum Market in the building. For the first time ever, I lost my parking ticket after it was validated. I used the call button and the attendant said she would not let me out without a $50 “lost ticket fee”! I couldn’t believe this. Even though I have a receipt showing that I just bought $80 worth of groceries, they still wanted to charge me this fee, which is a lot more than the cost of paying for unvalidated parking. This is unconscionable! I had to back up, park again, and retrace my steps. Luckily I found my ticket on the ground. But it was a huge waste of time and completely wrong of this business to charge such an astronomical amount when I can show w my receipt that I was just in the store.

 - Ridiculously narrow entrance, the whole rear side of my driver's side is scratched and dented. By the looks of the wall many people have done the same thing. The parking spaces are very narrow as well.
