 - Today, 9-21-19, the attendant was very rude to me, stared and asked “what you want?” when I drove in, and refused to park my car. Instead, he “directed” me to back my car through 2 rows of closely parked cars while he played with his phone. I did so, but ended up dangerously close to cars on either side, and told him that I changed my mind. He shrugged, still looking at his phone, and I drove away. There was plenty of room for him to have parked my car.

 - I wish I could have given this lot a "zero" rating. We recently parked our car there in order to have lunch at Kanela Breakfast Club and then attend a Christmas Carol concert at Moody Bible Church. Upon our return, there were two valets on duty as opposed to the one who was there when we arrived. The second attendant had just pulled up with another vehicle and promptly took the ticket of a man who was standing BEHIND my husband. When he brought up that individual's car, my husband asked if he would finally get around to getting ours, since we had an elderly person and an autistic child standing out in the cold. The valet said he takes the tickets in order and insisted that the other person was ahead of my husband. Everyone, including the other driver, got a big laugh out of this since it was obviously not true. My husband was told to go "F yourself" after he asked why the valet would lie in front of everyone. My husband continued to be verbally abused by the valet, which caused my autistic son to have a complete meltdown and left me no other choice than to call the police. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to my husband and I in private. We were told that the lot's owners are actually part of O'Brien's Restaurant & Bar, and that the officer would go down there and speak to management about what happened. I can't believe that someone working with customers would act in such a manner as this valet. Guess he thinks that "The Customer Is Never Right." Stay away at all costs.
