- Is if possible to give 0 stars?? I Valeted my new Lexus and when they returned the car it was completely obvious that they hit a wall in the parking garage. You can still see the grain (proving) the incident had just occurred. I asked if they hit something and the guy driving just said, "I don't know, I didn't park it" and walked away. I requested to speak to the manager and he came over, was very rude and basically just told me that it was already there. He said that 3 of his guys mentioned it being there when I pulled up, which I can assure you- it was not. I am so upset and irritated that they wouldn't just own up to making a mistake. I was very nice, just wanted them to take responsibility, but instead they were very defensive and unprofessional about the whole thing. Now I am going to have to pay for this out of pocket. I will never valet my car with this company ever again and would advise that you not either. Be sure to check your car thoroughly (even take pictures before), so you will have proof if this ever happens to you. I am sick about this..
