- Worst customer service. They constantly have broken gates and even though I pay for monthly parking, the pass that lets me in and out stops working every other day, which limits my ability to leave when I need to. Ridiculous given that I have paid for that privilege. When I complain, they are rude to me as if it's my fault that they have to let me out. Now they've suddenly started charging to let monthly parkers out even though it's their fault! Park anywhere else.
