 - Scammers! They leave the arm up and then hit you with a bill for $70.

 - very safe garage for my daughter, there is a 24 hour security team that patrols the garage. I am concerned for safety of my family memeber and this is great for her safety

 - My son is parking here for the spring semester, great rates compared to the VU parking office.

 - Big Vanderbilt Football fan here. Even though i am always sad leaving the games. Having a conveniently placed garage to park in for cheap is always fantastic 10/10

 - IF your daughter likes Starbucks, this is the place for her to park. just make sure she doesn't park for long periods of time in the front lot. There is a ruthless towing company that comes through here and tows people. On a positive note, we have enjoyed this parking spot especially for football and basketball games. you can throw a rock from the parking garage and bounce it off the basketball stadium and the football stadium.

 - My daughter is parking here for $800 less than Vanderbilt charges for parking. The building is actually located closer to the academic buildings that she attends for classes. I wish I could give them a 6 star review for how easy the process is. be advised that towing here is ruthless, she almost made the mistake of parking out front but luckily she made it to her car before they could tow it. if you buy parking here make sure your child is parking in their designated spot.

 - My Grandson was looking for parking on the Vanderbilt campus and after exploring all options we ended up figuring out that 2525 West End Garage was the cheapest and most convenient for him. He is a fraternity member so this garage is very close to his fraternity house. The parking office is very helpful as well.

 - Vanderbilt student signed up for semester parking. Arrived around 3pm on Saturday, Jan 15, to pickup entry access card but parking office was closed. Left car on 3rd floor of building on Saturday (reserved spaces start on 4th floor). Car was towed at 830am on Monday before security office was open again. The parking company was notified regarding our arrival time and explained that the security desk would admit us but they didn't. There is no reason why they need to tow the car unless someone is getting a kickback somewhere? It is $277.40 IN CASH to get the car back, much less the time and inconvenience. What scoundrels. The parking company says they gave the security company the access card, but they didn't bother to share that with us when we asked how to access the reserved parking lot. We have parked at the Loew's Hotel for the past year and highly recommend their courtesy and service. Plus, their access is high tech--no card even needed--it can read your license tag so it is super fast and efficient. The 2525 garage is more expensive even without the towing fees. While I think the company has poor policies, I will say that the young man who works in the parking office is extremely polite and courteous and did apologize for this disaster. Too bad he's not the policy maker.

 - Event pricing not listed online. Must travel to location to find out cost. Once there it might have been wiser to Uber it

 - I used this garage on 2/17/17 at approx 445 pm. I paid cash. The attendant was very rude. Refused to give me a receipt because 'the transaction was already over and you should have asked for it before then' ---also 'receipts are only for credit card transactions'. I could understand this if she had made any sort of eye contact or behavior that wasn't overtly rude and at the time that I should have been making my request for a receipt. If this is your policy, perhaps signage would help. Perhaps also hire an attendant that isn't prone to exhibit rude and angry behavior to your clients for simply driving up to her cubicle. If I could give zero stars as a review for this I surely would. I would like a receipt for what I paid. I honestly have never been refused a receipt by any reputable business.
