- Used my credit card at the gate, it didn't open and the screen still said $19.00 due. I figured I must have done something wrong or missed a prompt so I ran it again. Turns out I did it correctly, and the gate still didn't open. Had to use the call box, I explained what happened and the lady opened the gate, but I've still been double-charged. I called the number listed here (703-413-3252) but it just rings - no answer and no voicemail. I have alerted my credit union. If I don't hear back from Colonial in the next 24 hours I will have the credit union reverse the duplicate transaction.
