 - I parked here on 10/20 @9:45pm for the Trevor Noah event. The attendant was rude and slow. A long line formed because it wasn't clear that cash was the preferred payment method. Also, it was not apparent or disclosed by the attendant that the garage would completely lock down. When went to retrieve my car @ 1:30am. I couldn't get into the garage. If there is an after-hours entrance, it was not marked @ the 18th Street entrance. For $24, I'd expect better service.

 - It was a great experience. I don't often drive into DC and it is very intimidating for me. I know parking to be the worst part. We had an appointment at Department of State for a passport and planned to do some sightseeing since we had the entire day. We quickly and easily reserved and paid the night before for parking. Found it easily and got in quickly. The valet aspect was wonderful. We asked the car be kept close because we wanted to come back to drop some items and pick up others before playing tourist. They did just that. Retrieval and departure were quick and easy. We showed our card, provided the prepaid sheet (I chose to print it out) and we rolled right out. I would definitely use this garage and service again. As a matter of fact I plan to when I go back to pick up the passport.

 - We got exactly what we wanted. The reservation was easy. There was no hassle. It was easy to drop off and pick up the car. The reservation was for my son's graduation at DAR Constitution Hall and this was the closest lot. We are so happy that we could make a reservation six months in advance.

 - This process was new to me, so I expected one or two mistakes or misunderstandings. But to my delight This was as smooth a process that could be. I went online, reserved my spot the night before with a credit card, and was able to park all day. When I left all I had to do was to present the Barcode symbol to the cashier and I was on my way - No Problems or hickups. I was five star pleased!!! Thanks Colonial!

 - Horrible, inexpensive and inconsistent service. Took half an hour to get my car out, because parking attendants did not direct traffic out of the garage during an event. Yesterday, they lost my car and took 15 minutes to find it. Park directly across the street. Same price, but competent service.

 - I would definitely use them again. Easy to make the reservation on-line. No problem when I got there. I thought that it was a valet situation, but it ended up that we just parked the car on our own. Which was perfect.

 - What a great idea! My husband and I drove up from Richmond to see "Nashville Live" at D.A.R. and it was nice to know we didn't have to circle around looking for a parking space or deck. They were very friendly and helped point us in the right direction for food and the concert.
