- If I can give a negative -5 stars, I totally would!! This is the most ridiculous parking situation! Insane amount of empty parkings, but the parking nazis keep randomly moving cones around to block off areas. It's different pattern everyday, they just make up rules and run around point and yell to justify their existence. These parking attendants cannot seem to properly park cars, they will damage your vehicle! Guarantee it!! I wish businesses will stop using this facility because of how ridiculous this is. Seriously who setup this most ridiculous parking situations?? Across all of Los Angeles, I've not experience a parking this bad.
