 - The garage is fine. If you go in a busy time, of course there'll be a line to pay for the ticket. There's a machine you can pay the ticket if you don't wanna wait for a cashier. Getting out onto Monterey street can be hassle sometimes because it's already a crowded street. Just sucks that monthly parking went up $30 (used to be $20, now it's $50)
