 - I noticed a decline in the service after the new company took over. However, I was disgusted when I had to wait for a handicapped stall in the ladies room with my sister in a wheelchair when one of their employees came out of the stall. All ov the other stalls were empty! I even took a photo of her outside to I’d her.

 - To visit a patient we used the Gold garage. After giving up our car and picking it up later and returning home, we reviewed the recorded driving of staff parking that was recorded on our dash cam. We saw that the driver after parking in the garage, sat in our vehicle for 3 minutes with the engine running, WHY? Our first thought was that he was taking the time to look for something valuable to take. We do not know how long he was in the vehicle beyond 3 minutes because the camera shuts off with the engine. The driver who brought our car out of the garage drove at a high rate of speed until he reached the exit where he could be seen and then slowed considerably. When we got into our vehicle, which is keyless starting, we realized he had not given us our key fob back. Asking him where it was we found he could not speak english. Fortunately my wife found it down in cup holder. Should not the drivers give the keys or fob to the owner and not make them search for it? The next day we visited our daughter again and found the driver going in presented a good experience but the driver bringing it back drove like he was practicing for NASCAR with little respect for the property of someone else. Over all this valet parking is the worst we have ever experienced.
