 - Do NOT park here! I couldn't get my car out on the weekend and they wanted me to call a tow truck (which I refused to do, and I came back the next morning, which cost me over $100 for what should have been one night, PLUS another $100 in Lyft charges). There was feces on the stairs, it felt unsafe, and the customer service was TERRIBLE when I used a third-party to buy a ticket. They wouldn't honor it and were so rude. I will NEVER park there again. Don't do it!

 - This garage is run by a scam parking company. I had purchased a ticket from 8pm to 1am. When I was trying to exit at 12:40am, the door did not open upon scanning the code. When I called the parking company they were rude and told me the garage is closed and they will not let me in. Apparently its a daily occurence for them. They told me I must pay a towing company if I want my car back or they were willing to steal my property. So if you are looking to book this lot after 6pm, be prepared to lose your car.

 - Absolutely awful! Trust me you'll be sorry if you park here. Manager is a jackass and couldn't have been more rude. No room and you'll have a hard time getting out. Better off parking on the road then here!

 - We have been using this garage during the Sounders games for quite a few years now. We aim to arrive 1-2 hours before the event and never fail to find a spot. Afterwards, it can get crowded leaving, but it is because everyone in the garage is being nice and allowing others to leave their spots and get in line in front of them! We typically park in the parallel spots that are available starting at the 3rd level, being as we have a fairly large car and you never know what you're going to get when you park in the compact spaces. We have waited up to 45min-1hr getting out of the garage, but with patience and good music on the radio, it was not a bad experience at all! We truly enjoy the proximity to Century Link Field, the pricing, and the police involvement in directing traffic around this area during game time. Would highly reccommend this parking garage to those looking for reliable, affordable, and proximal parking near Safeco or Century Link Field!

 - The entire experience was awful. When we arrived 2 hours before the event all the parking spots were full. The entire 7 story garage was full minus 2 spots where people had parked over the lines not allowing an additional car. So even though we pre bought our spot they over sold it. There were people leaving who bought space that had nowhere to park. On the way down someone was leaving and we were lucky enough to finally get a spot. We parked, left and realized we forgot our ID. Went back to the car and the doors were locked and we couldn’t get back into the garage. We waited until someone exited so we could get in. At the end of the night after the concert when we tried to leave they blocked us in. I pulled out of our spot and got in the line of cars to get out. Without exaggeration, because I looked at the clock when we stopped to when we moved, we waited in 1 spot not moving an inch for 1 hour! There had already been cars sitting and waiting long before we had even got in line. They literally blocked us in the garage not allowing us to leave for over an hour after the concert. That is absolutely absurd! I will never ever do business with this place again and will tell everyone I can the same.

 - It took 40 minutes before cars began moving out of our level after soccer game. Inexcusable!
