- Do NOT park here. I parked here, thought it was a good service, they keep the keys, park the car and have it ready on return BUT when I returned they handed me my key broken in pieces. It is a Lexus key with the shell and key in one. I was there for an hour filling out insurance forms and then they denied breaking them. They car was not drivable without taping the key together. The key came out of the shell because the shell was in pieces and they said I gave them car with the key broken. The car was not drivable, the key was not broken. No employee would have taken possession of the key if it were in pieces like they presented to me because they would not have been able to start the car. They were not cooperative, would not admit to fault. Evidently these occurrences are not uncommon for this lot. If you do decide to park here, take before and after photos of your keys and all angles of you car because they also have fender benders there which no doubt the employees will claim was there prior to drop off. Do not leave anything in your car which you value because they can't be trusted. Pay the extra two dollars a day and park in a lot where you park it and keep the keys. Do not trust the employees, they will deny, deny, deny.
