- I paid for full day parking at your lot and was there for about four hours while I went to the Capitol to testify. I then received a fine of $80 for not paying right when I entered the lot - it was fifteen minutes but I paid for the whole day. I appealed and the collection agency said I could pay $60 so I paid you $70 to park for about 4 hours. I went to pay online and it said I owed $0 called the collection agency they said I owed $60 which I paid and asked for a receipt which I did not get. Questionable operation. I did not know there was time limit to pay since I was paying for the whole day anyway. Won't be using any of your lots in the future. Took advantage of a senior citizen that made an honest mistake and you still got the full $10 from me for the whole day making it irrelevant whether I paid immediately or a few minutes after parking after I reviewed notes in my car.
