- This happened twice already to me. I only come to this area and park a maximum of 2x a week and therefore it would not be beneficial to me to purchase a monthly pass.
However, twice already that I tried to enter this parking lot and took a ticket and the parking bar would not go up. When I tried to push the button for assistance, there was no one to talk to. It was at 7:00 am. Not sure why this happens but I am hoping this glitch can be fix. I've been parking in this garage since before this automated system was put in. It was a actual person before and there was no problem at all.
