- We only use the parking spot when we fly now after always receiving top of the line customer service. Even when things dont go perfectly they handle it well and take care of the issue and their customers quickly and tactfully. We recently flew and accidentally left a bag at the airport. Someone must have seen us get on a spot shuttle and turned it in after. On a whim I called and they not only had saved the bag but where kind enough to to ship it to me since I was over an hour drive away. This is just one example of how they go over the top to take care of there customers.
