Fast Spot Airport Valet Covered Parking

 - The only reason I park here is because there is no other place to park.If another place similar to this one opens up,this place will go out of business..the manager here does not know what she is doing and lacks customer service skills. I had to wait 20 min. To get picked up and when I mentioned it she just blew me off. And to top it off my car was filthy with bird droppings all over it.

 - I used to park my car here. Their claim that they provide safe and secure parking is bogus. There are no cameras and the lots where the cars are parked are all dark. Recently I told the manager that my car had been broken into while parked on their lot. She basically called me a liar. 2 Hours later she called me back to apologize and said that a few other people reported the same thing. I guess she was trying to make me feel better but why she told me a car had been stolen off their lot during the same time my car was broken into???? Their Manager lacks the PR skills to be a Manager.
