 - I was charged €12 for 2 hours parking, then the barrier wouldn't go up and had to call for help. It says it is only €3 per hour so why was I charged €12? Absolutely outrageous!!

 - I was visiting a consultant on 25/03/2024 and I parked down under as the top portion was full. I done my business and I returned to my car. I went to pay my fee of €6.40 and I got a message about a bonus or something like that. I proceeded to pay and I left. I was not happy so I checked my bank statement last evening 30/03/2024 to find that €6.40 had been taken twice. I now want this €6.40 refunded to me as soon as possible. Yours Phil.

 - i got charged x3 times !!! 6:40 x 3 was taken from my account yesterday evening and no way to contact to get my money back !

 - I paid at the kiosk but barrier would not lift. Used voice contact and they lifted barrier. But have discovered now that the charge of 6.40 has been taken twice from my account and no way to contact them to claim it back. Daylight robbery and should not be allowed. Are these people subject to any laws???

 - Dear Sirs, I used your carpark on 1st January 2024 for an appointment in Affidea. My debit card was charged twice x €6.40. I can forward you a copy of my bank statement to verify this. I would appreciate if you could arrange to have this overcharge refunded. Many thanks.

 - Machine not working properly so it took an age to get it to accept payment - THEN it took payment twice, don't think I've even been there when the machines are doing a flawless job.

 - Beware of the Your Parking Space service - it took double the fee from my card without consent. Horrific experience. I parked in the Elysian in Cork, Ireland for 45 minutes. I had a voucher from Aldi, a receipt I received so the cost should have been €0.00. I entered my details for ease into Your Parking Space, but did not, and would not have agreed to pay €6.40. the cost of my parking would have been €3.20 without the voucher credit. This is theft. the UX was terrible, it was not asked of me to approve this cost and I have asked for a refund. Be careful, a warning to other drivers using the car park.

 - Screen failed to work for me and several other customers, and then was pushed over the hour because of it. No answer from customer service team. Dreadful service and disgraceful way to treat those who are looking for assistance. Fix your machines or go back to the system that worked.

 - I visited the car park recently to find the new parking system in place. Requesting data including my mobile number seems illegal considering GDP - why is this on the system at all? Just more data gathering. This should be removed immediately.

 - I have been charged 3 times. The machine was not working correctly. No one to speak to on site. Several other frustrated customers around me at the same time. Dreadful service. I would give one star if I could.

 - Nightmare trying to deal with the machines, took payment twice on one occasion and three times on another. Machines keep saying Transaction Cancelled. Lots of confused people walking around the carpark. Can I get a refund please?

 - Took payment x3 times. Each time it said the transaction was cancelled - but it still took the money. What should have been a €6 bill resulted in me paying €18. Can you contact me to arrange a refund of €12.

 - I parked in The Elysian for less than 45 minutes. The parking machine screen for inputting the info seems faulty. I inputted my car reg and it dropped one number. I was charged for 3 hours(9Euro). if the system was correct, the machine which "recognised" my number plate, and should have shown a fault, but it did not. It accepted the car reg as accurate. The system is faulty.
