 - not sure where to write this but I have been noticing a vehicle with plate SH09MFN bypassing the parking restriction in more than one occasion by putting a small carpet hanging from the rear windscreen wiper to cover the number plate as it exits the car park, it makes a mockery of all the clients that use the car park for no more than the allowed 90 minutes.
