- Called to get information earlier tonight. The female employee on the phone was extremely rude. Asked her 4 easy questions. 1. Do we take keys with us or leave them with parking attendant? 2. Do you pay when you park or when you return to pick up the car? 3. Is there a shuttle? She said no so then 4. How far is it to walk? When we asked her Q. 4 - she literally made an exasperated sound and said "Ohhhhh my Goddddddddddd.... it's 40 steps to the airport". I thanked her for her time and she hung up while I was saying it. We were extremely polite. She was RUDE.
