- This garage is a disgrace. I don't go downtown often, but I've used this garage twice. The machine on the 1st floor to pay is broken, since before Nov.2018. Went again May 2019. Still broken. Paid at the other machine, other side of the building. Had to wait, wait, wait to get out, lots of traffic. Got to the gate, inserted the paid ticket, wanted $1.75 more. Good thing there was a person at the gate to let us out. $1.75 more because of the huge line to get out. Won't be using this garage again
