 - I paid $24 for 2 hours of parking but they sent me a $110 fine for 16 minutes of expired parking....but the thing is, they start the clock the second you enter the lot and stop the clock when your leave the lot. I wasn't aware I had to pay for the 15 minutes I stood in line waiting to pay because the kiosk was malfunctioning. I even tried disputing this due to the fact that they dont list HOW and when they clock you, but they ignored me. DO NOT PARK HERE they will send you a fine no matter what you do!

 - Focus parking's business model is to slap parkers with a violation for over staying their time because they know that most people do not save their receipts. This has been reported to the Denver Attorney General and they don't do anything about it. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE

 - I parked there for a week and in despite fo paying every time (volatile fees depending on city events) I got two eighty dollars fines (from a private company???). The way this place operates is to seize every opportunity to bleed customers. It ended up costing twice as much as the Meridien valet parking even without the fines!! Save money, do not park there!

 - I do not recommend parking here. Parking is $12 an hour but if you leave even a little after time's up - which happened to me because I was delayed meeting the president of a college - they slap you with an $80 penalty. They could just send a bill for the extra time but no, they go for the jugular. I do not know how they are still legally operating with such practices. If I were you I would avoid parking there like avoiding the plague/covid!

 - Terrible! The credit machine appeared to work but did not provide a receipt to me or to the person before me. Next thing I know, I get a bill in the mail for $80. This smells like a scam and we will be reporting this to the Colorado Attorney General.
