- Payment machines are very confusing, don't work correctly many times and I accidentally paid $12 for lost ticket. I thought I was paying for my regular ticket. This process is compounded by others waiting behind you frustrated by same. When I tried to use my regular ticket to exit it said I owed $4. I went back and paid the $4, using another machine. I called number to ask for refund on $12 unused lost ticket. The lost ticket is only valid for 1 day, so it is now useless. I have receipts for everything and it is obvious what happened. I was told to bring everything back up and they would start lengthy refund process. This is ridiculous. I can send photos of ticket and receipt. How can I get my $12 back?
