 - We used ParkMe for a 1 day stopover in Washington DC. Our lot was on 11th St SW so close to all monuments and museums. Parkme is easy, fast and convenient. It is the way to go for an easy stress free trip. Will use again!

 - As advertised. Great location for Ford's Theater. Easy in/out. Great price when reserving in advance.

 - As advertised, this made it easy to park the Yukon downtown. Thank you

 - I'm continuing from earlier submission. She insisted she'd have to charge me from the ticket I took and I'd have to ask for a refund. I declined because I didn't want to be double charged and I wanted to receive the discount from the app. She refused to listen to me try to explain, became belligerent and threatened to call security when I took her photo so I could have her name, which she wouldn't give me. She told me I was on camera, left her booth and got on her walkie talkie as I left, clearly trying to frighten me. I flipped her off in the mirror because she made me so angry. She clearly needs training and instruction on how to explain to people how to use the app and in how to talk to people. I don't plan to use the garage again.

 - I had a terrible experience in your lot. I used ParkMobile for the first time to reserve a space in a garage to see a movie at E Street Cinema. The app says to consult with the attendant. I had already pulled a ticket so I went in, parked and went to the attendant to ask what I should do since I was using ParkMobile. She told me it would be taken care of as I left. I then tried to ask her what would happen if I was later than the time on the app, which expired at 9:30 p.m. My husband and I wanted to have dinner after the 7 p.m. movie. I wanted to know whether the app would allow me to extend my time (as it does for parking spaces on the street) or the time would be added when I left. She didn't seem to understand me and when I tried to clarify she seemed to think I was arguing with her and quickly became belligerent. She told me she'd charge me the full rate and I tried to explain to her the app was already charging me $11.60 and to clarify whether she meant I would be charge for the rest of the time, but she never really wanted to hear what I had to say and again was belligerent. So I decided then I'd get back to the garage before 9:30 and repark elsewhere so there would not be a double charge ($11.60 on the app and the $16 min daily rate she said she'd charge me). When I left I showed her the scan code on my phone as the app instructs and she asked me did I scan it when I came in ....

 - Best value in this area. Will use this garage again if in DC as it was simple and easy parking transaction.

 - A very good value and very simple and easy to use. Glad I discovered it. Will certainly use again.

 - 1st time was really great! easy to make the reservation and good price too I may add. No issues to report, will continue to use the website. Agreed with other reviewer, reservation process works better on PC that on mobile phone app.

 - The lot is great. Always has space for my reservation. Only concern is the elevator does work on weekends when the office building is closed. Reservations require you to park on the bottom level.

 - Making reservations was easy online and spot was guaranteed. Only issue was upon arriving at garage both days I was initially denied entry due to lot bring full. Contact had to me made with an employee who would allow entry once reservation was produced. Same issue occured once seeing valet employee. Reservation was honored yet employees appeared irritated because garage was obviously oversold. Valet had to park vehicle due to lack of spaces.

 - Parkme.com provided lower rate options than anything else I've found so far. The mobile app, however, doesn't offer the exact same options as when I search on my PC. Also, with the PC, I get coupon offers I don't get via the mobile app.

 - It was a terrific option to have and worked out perfectly well for us. The attendant at the station was helpful also in that there was not an option to scan the pass, but all was smooth sailing anyway.

 - Could not have been more pleased with the process. Easy to make reservation, safe area, great staff and good value for the low price. Highly recommend if you are parking in DC

 - I thought the app was a great idea--like reserving a hotel room. But the printed reservation did not scan properly at the gate. The attendant promptly took care of the situation for us. The elevator from the garage takes you to the lobby of the E St. Cinema, and from there, you can walk out to the street. The theater staff did not seem to mind us walking through the lobby, leaving the garage and returning.

 - very good service by the attendants.
