 - The lot was in a great location. I am glad I reserved it early because it was during the La Marathon and it was extremely crowded. It was easy to get in once I got around the street closures. I would use this service again. It was stress free not to have to look for parking and I like paying in advance.

 - This service was easy and convenient, i reserved the day before and got my confirmation printed. But as im getting close to parking lot, i encountered road closures around and traffic was being re-routed. So i wasn't able to find an alternative entrance. So i was forced to drive into another parking garage and pay again.:(..... it was just unfortunate, being that it was so congested with traffic everywhere. So that was my experience, don't think is your fault anyways, but i was unable to get at all....
