 - Terrible lot with inept employees. Prepaid for a duration of 24 hours. Plans changed and we left about 4 hours after arrival. Gate attendant said my parking time expired at the noted START time and not the printed END time and wanted to charge me in excess of the posted rate. It's a huge hassle and half an hour of my life I'll never get back.

 - Parking garage is promoted as 24/7. we booked for 6 hours. Garage closed at 8 pm. Wasn't notified it was the case. Can't get my car out. It's really cold outside and I can't get my car out at 11:30 PM.

 - The Parking spaces are small, but with careful driving I was able to park my Honda Odyssey. It is Washington DC. It was fast and convenient to use. I plan to use them again.

 - All of the parking spaces were extremely narrow and most were crammed between thick columns. Many of the columns crossed over into the actual parking space, making it impossible for a vehicle to fit. The garage was full of dead-ends and narrow passageways. It took me 15 minutes to find a space big enough for a car, and 5 minutes to maneuver my car into it. I’m lucky I didn’t hit anything while having to back out of a curvy, narrow dead-end. I won’t be returning!

 - I thought this was a great feature to use with Colonial Parking especially for downtown DC. It was nice to be assured of parking convenient to the planned destination for the day (as well as in the winter). Also - to know how much it would cost in advance. I will continue to make use of it.

 - Very neat app! I was glad to see this when I searched the net for parking in DC - always a hassle. This was handy and timely. Only downside was the scanner did not recognize the pattern on my phone but I took the ticket anyway, gritting my teeth thinking I would have to pay twice, since I had prepaid - but when I spoke to the attendant, she said it would not be a problem and it wasn't.

 - I am so glad we were able to make this reservation ahead of time in order to see the new Museum of the Bible. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to find parking but using this app helped us tremendously. Had our reservation and was able to park without any problem. Once parked it was just a short walk to the Museum. Had our prepaid ticket and we were good to go! Only recommendation is to have this garage clearly marked since there is another garage across the street and it can be confusing. We weren't sure which garage we had our reservation for.

 - We were looking for a lot close to the Air and Space Museum on a Saturday. With ParkMe reservation, we were able to reserve a space starting mid-day and not have to worry about the lot being full. The attendant was very friendly and the museum was about a block away.

 - A little hard to find the 6th st entrance as it wasn’t really labeled but it was manned well with staff an security and it is perfect with the restaurant and close to the Smithsonian

 - We got to the lot early, 5am, because we were spending the day in DC from Buffalo. This lot is great. Alwayssssss an attendant on duty. And they are friendly and help when u ask (we needed directions and such). Clean parking garage an deell lit! Centrally located! Will use again in a heartbeat.
