- Booked parking space via ParkWhiz app. Upon arrival, they said we cannot park because they're full. Why are you overbooking? Just don't make reservations if you cannot keep your promise. Highly unreliable.

- Lying, unresponsive, unreliable. We parked here at 9:30 PM on a Friday. Signs all over the front say "Open 24/7". Guy asks how long will we be and I say 3 hours. He gives me no indication of a time limit. We return at 12:30 AM AND IT IS CLOSED!. We phone contact number on door multiple times and it goes to an unmonitored voice mail box. We have to Uber home and now the next day STILL no response to phone number or "emergency" number of Edison ParkFast. 24/7 IS A COMPLETE LIE!! DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF RELIABILITY.
