 - the long term parking lot was full so we had to park in the daily parking lot at higher rates and know disabled rate

 - Ease of parking and good location. Currently have an issue and called customer service. Car (Tesla ugh!) was showing zero miles left after 5 days sitting. No EV spots were available at the time. We called to see if there was any help to move it (we have remote access to allow this.) No help, no suggestions. He just said "call a tow truck." We realize it would take a few steps to do this but were hoping for a little help. We have 2 small children with us. Tesla sucks and so does parking customer service.
