 - Got the early bird special for $35/day online. Went to the garage to extend hours on the first night cuz no one picked up the calls, And the barely speak English staff told us just pay it tomorrow when we’re getting the car. Parked for 34hrs in total, the bill was $110 :) $55/day * two days. Impressive business model. And of course you won’t get your car unless you paid whatever they asked for.

 - My wife booked this parking for 12pm on the app. She arrived at 11:53 and was told to reverse and wait outside until 12pm. There were no other cars waiting at the time... weird that they made her exit... It was a tesla and she left the valet key in the car, and the car doors unlocked. The doors must have automatically locked. She received a notification from the app that the attendant could not unlock the car. So she remotely unlocked the car right away. Then she called the lot multiple times to confirm they can get in and they did not answer the phone. She made sure the doors were unlocked via the tesla app. When she returned at the end of the day, they had put locks on the wheels and made her pay $50 additional fee. They told her to call the police if she had a complaint to make instead of dealing with her with some respect. All the while she had a baby with her which the attendant knew he can take advantage of her and get her to pay the fee. Avoid, the attendants acted disgusting and took advantage.
