I could not scan the QR code at the entrance because that feature wasn't available at the parking lot but I used the confirmation number that was sent to me via email at checkout.
My phone battery died and I was not able to show the confirmation number to the lot attendant at the window however the attendant was very helpful, he charged my phone and I was able to retrieve the confirmation number. It is a very good idea to write the number down or print the email just in case you run into technical difficulties.
I am very satisfied with this service.
