 - Ihave been using this garage since I have move into Miami, Coral Gables, whenever going to the beach. Today I got completely speechless with the behavior of the "person in charge", as I was told. Backtracking... After paying with my credit card the $10 owed for a Sta of 3h30m, while taking the kids to the car I have lost the ticket. Despite trying to explain the situation I have accepted that without the ticket nor the receipt I had to pay an extra $16, as requested by the cashier. When I got home I did find the lost ticket next to my daughters booster seat. I went back in good faith to claim the $16 dollars back and a guy "the person in charge" was only able to say repeatedly "there is nothing I can do". Apart from the person being impolite, showing lack of experience to deal with customers, as he started to walk away repeating the same sentence over and over again... What I would appreciate to know is if given the evidences shown (paid ticket + paid fine) is it really not possible to have a refund of the $16 paid? Apologize for long email and would be very much appreciative if I would hear back from you. Best regards, Sergio
