 - A little crazy on arrival with pulling up and leaving keys in car. Take valet key if you can for peace of mind if you car locks automatically after a time like mine does. Great service on puck-up. Be sure to keep Park Me print out available. Great lot for Museum of the Bible!

 - This is a great lot! Plenty of clearance for high-profile vehicles and very conveniently located right around the corner from the Metro station, within blocks of the Capitol, US Botanic Gardens. There is also a restaurant located steps away from the garage. The garage was clean and well-lit.

 - Parked in lot #96 Federal Center for a trip to the Museum of the Bible. It was really convenient and when I return I'll plan to use ParkMe and the same lot. I have a larger car and the spaces are tight but that's on par for city parking and driving a family car.

 - SERVICE WAS ON SPOT, WOULD LIKE IF YOU COULD GIVE NOTICE WHEN CONSTRUCTION OR ANY CHANGE IN ROAD CONDITION IS GOING ON. THE 4TH STREET END OF VIRGINIA IS CLOSED AND TRAFFIC WAS BOTH WAYS. GO INFO TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GET THERE.

 - My group members made individual reservations in Lot 96 Federal Center so that we could visit a museum together. The reservations were easy to make. It's easier to make reservations from the ParkMe website than from the ParkMe app. Be sure to print a paper copy to show the attendant. There's no internet reception inside this garage and therefore you won't be able to pull up your reservation on your phone's ParkMe app. The staff was nice enough to mark off a section within the garage so that all of our vehicles could park together. We had a very pleasant experience with this garage.

 - I like the ability to book online, however the instructions did not mention anything about the red / green light when entering the garage for one-way traffic. The instructions did mention to show the parking pass when entering the garage and was told to take a ticket and show it at the end when departing. Overall I like the service.

 - I think this is a great initiative for Parkme.com! We drove in from Columbia, MD twice and the reservation process and the parking/payment process worked very cleanly. I hope that you are able to establish relationships in Portland, ME (where we're from) and in Boston, MA.

 - This place was horrible. They didn't have posted hours outside there building so it says all day parking but when I looked this place up online after having my car locked it the sites say it closes at 6pm and I was told that they would be open on Sunday at 7. But turns out they aren't open Sunday. My family got stuck for two days because of this place
