 - How unfortunate that Ince Parking in Culver City is charging Trader Joe patrons having to stand in line during this state of emergency to buy water and food . Under normal circumstances I'm usually in and out of Trader Joe's and never have to pay . Its seems either the city of Culver is not having consideration for whats going during this state of emergency or they are using this as an opportunity to capitalize on the people standing in line early just to get food and water . Shame on Ince parking . I will be reporting to this to the Local News networks

 - I parked here to ride the Metro to Downtown LA on Wednesday. The signage said $3 for Metro riders with a tap card. I had a problem when I was leaving and had to pay $11 to exit instead of the advertized $3. The attendant was very rude and insultng and insisted I had to pay the full cost. I will never be parking here again!

 - I had a similar problem last night when I tried using my tap card to exit. I pressed the assist button and the attendant in the office told me that I had to park my car on the fourth floor in order to get it validated for tap users. I told her that I didn't see a sign that said I had to park on the 4th floor. To make matters worse, she told me that the person who validates on the 4th floor left two hours previous at 8pm. After being very persistent that I did not see a sign about parking on the 4th floor, she made a one time exception and lowered my fee from $8.00 to $3.00.

 - Be aware Metro rider. This parking structure shows the sign to "Present TAP Card on exit" When we got to the exit and showed TAP card to a parking attendant, he started yelling at us. "No, no, no! There is nothing for you here!" We asked him how to get validation. He kept yelling at us, "nothing here! Go to 4!" We didn't understand what he said and why he was yelling at us. Other metro riders who parked there didn't understand what he said either, ended up paying in full and left. We went to the parking office on the other side, and the attendant there explained to us where to go to get validation. You'll have to drive up to Level 4 and present TAP card to a parking attendant there to get a validation ticket. Never want to use this parking structure.
