 - Terrible experience with DFW Express Parking. It took me 45min to get out of the airport at 12am. Was waiting >30min outside terminal for a shuttle. There were 7 others also waiting for this shuttle and there have been atleast 6 calls made to the number we were asked to call to request for shuttle service after 11pm. The number was busy and went to voice mail many times before I could talk to the person on the other side. There were atlease 4 remote parking shuttles that passed by during this time. Dont think I will be using Express parking at DFW airport anymore.

 - I was passed up by the driver at 910p as he waved at me and didnt stop. No other vehicle around and no excuse why he couldnt stop. I called at 922p and it is now 947p and a shuttle is still not here. Worst service I have ever received and I park here weekly. Every other shuttle has come by at least 2-3 times. No one is answering your phone and going to voicemail when others call. Get it together, pathetic we pay a premium for this.

 - Guys, you really need to review your customer experience . It consistently takes me 45 mins to get out of airport when I use your lots. I would not use express in your description. Also, if you are on a bus full of people and are the last one off that takes another 10 minutes. There must be a better way or more efficient way to drop off people. I would rather walk farther to my car to save 10 minutes. I'm not meaning to complain as much as trying to help u out.
