 - Do not give your money to Propark. Bad customer service, unhelpful staff, exorbitant prices. They do not care about you or your vehicle. Park absolutely anywhere else.

 - This lot is ridiculously expensive. It cost me more to park here for < 24 hours than it cost for the round trip to NYC on Metro North. There is never a shuttle bus, and at 2:00 AM I had to take a $6.00 cab ride here from Union Station. I would choose zero stars if that were possible.

 - This parking lot is a big SCAM. DO not park here. Like others I was under the impression that the "$9 early bird special rate" would cover me for the entire day. Nope. They charged me $21.27. Also, this parking lot is a bit of a walk from the station. NOT A GOOD DEAL. And, when you go to request a receipt when leaving the parking lot, the receipt doesn't come out, probably for a reason. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by not parking at this parking lot.

 - I am disgusted. I went to park there on Friday, January 19, and was only in the lot for no more than about 12 minutes. I did not see any prices posted, however, it was dark outside already. I had to run over to Union Station quickly. When I went to leave, I pushed the button to request a receipt from the machine multiple times, but was not given one. So, when I got back home, I called my credit card company to find out I was charged $10.64....for roughly TWELVE minutes?!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!

 - Agreed, lousy place to park. Early bird special $9, out by 6. If you leave at 6:01, you pay $27. Plus occasionally they are just closed for no reason, so it you've got a train to catch, you'll have to drive around in search of another spot.

 - I don't recommend anyone to park in Coliseum Lot 275 S Orange St New Haven, CT 06510, US Rate Early Bird In By 9am / Out By 6pm $9 I parked there 2 hours from 2pm to 4pm they charged me 15.95 I tried to call them the phone number doesn't work Stealing people's money
