Liberty Place

 - Customer Service can do nothing for you. Drove around for 45 minutes and no spot. Apparently, there is only a 15 minute grace period before you can leave. I had to pay $71 for carwash to get a spot plus the ridiculous $38.00 parking fee. Outrageous. Stay away.

 - I never write online reviews. I'm always skeptical of very negative reviews and assume that the people who write them are jerks. I am writing a very negative review -- one half star -- and I like to think I am not jerk. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't take the time to warn others. Everything all the negative reviews of this garage say is true. Unless you are a masochist or a sadist driving with passengers, don't even think about parking here, even if you have a discount coupon or are going to an establishment that will validate your ticket. It's not worth it. What the other reviews say about endlessly driving around, ostensibly guided by lights and signs that locate how many available spots there are on each parking level, without seeing a single available spot ("20 available spots"), the absence of living, helpful staff, and a Rube Goldberg layout unique in the history of parking garage architecture is all true. Don't spoil your evening. Don't discount the scathing negative reviews: DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT PARKING HERE. I will never park here again.

 - The attendant was very polite and capable. The elevators go right to Chestnut & 16th, so the location is great if you have business near Broad or Market. Paying was all automated and simple. There was no damage to my vehicle.
