 - I took my elderly aunt for an appointment and we used the valet parking. We pulled up and there were a lot of cars in both lanes but no one was in any of them and no one came over to our car. I counted 5 guys standing around so got out of the car and walked up to the valet stand-and waited. I then asked if someone could help us. No answer to me-but one man yelled to someone then a few minutes later we were handed a ticket. When done with her appointment the pickup our vehicle was around 20 minutes. We did not arrive or leave at a busy time. When I come for appointments I use the self park; it is much faster than dealing with valet parking. 1-3 hours is $12.

 - Your security system for the Memorial 10 parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. After visiting my DR (DR Attar ) I returned to my car to find my vehicle (2004 White Ford Escape) had been broken into. I couldn't find a security guard, only a meter that required me to pay $7.00 for being robbed. I thought about crashing the gate but I'm not that sort of person. I was parked on level 5 and the car door was left open. This was a bad experience for me and I will never park there again.

 - We parked in Smith for my husband's neurology appointment at Methodist hospital. We were there from 9:30am until 6:00pm and were charged $13 even though the website clearly states that 24 hours is $9.
