 - I utilized the parking garage on August 3, 2020. The attendant insisted I pay with a card only. I paid with my debt card at 11:31 AM. The charged appeared in my account on August 4, 2020 for $7.00. Today, August 10, 2020 the charge again appeared in my account for another $7.00. I've been attempting to contact anyone to resolve this matter and to get a refund for the second charge to no avail.
