 - On Saturday 7/12/25 we entered the garage at 9:20pm. We left the garage at 10:35pm. We were charged $23.95 for slightly over one hour of parking time. The signage is very poor. The exit was congested and there were no attendants helping with the flow of traffic. There was no indication that there was more than one exit. Very disappointed and sharing our experience with others.

 - Paid $5.00 for parking and when I attempted to exit the garage the machine indicated that I owed another $2.50. When I asked the attendant why I owed additional funds, he stated that it took me more than ten minutes to walk to my car and exit the garage. Which is not true because I parked near the exit! Horrible parking experience and poor customer service. I am going to follow up with the company who owns that garage because this is unacceptable. I highly recommend parking on the street.

 - HORRID! We were charged for a full hour when we stayed for approx. 7 minutes meandering through the garage trying to find a spot that would accommodate our SUV. I am applaud that I was charged the full hour ($7.95) when we zipped in and zipped out within 7 minutes. How do I seek a refund? This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY! SHAMEFUL on this garage and owner. Please respond to ellenwalt@verizon.net

 - Ridiculous cost. Used it on a Saturday, where it said max parking fee for the day was $14.95. I was only there for a max of three hours, and had to pay $14.95... Why so expensive when other (more convenient) garages are much less? I parked here because it was busy and this garage was the first available- learned my lesson.

 - Horrible garage. We parked there for Torpedo factory and boat parade SAT. Dec. 2 - and when we went to leave at 7 p.m. I placed ticket in pay box before going to car - charge was $15.95, paid with VISA, but then when we went to exit garage - I put ticket in slot and machine said we owed $8.00. Already paid $15.95, but had to pay another $8.00. No one answers when I call garage about this.

 - Terrible parking lot! Avoid on busy days at all costs!!! Was there on a busy Saturday night. There were hardly any spaces and the ones that did exist were so small and narrow that it made it almost impossible to get into the spaces without hitting the car next to you or the pole. I feel bad for some of the bigger vehicles driving around as my relatively small car, though difficult, was able to fit in a number of the spaces. When returning to my vehicle, I noticed someone had hit me while I was gone and didn't leave a note or anything. The other thing is that parking is expensive here. $14 on a weekend evening, really?!? Other garages nearby were $5 or $7 max rate for the evening. Will never park here again, combination of the spacing and the amount.

 - I was not able to use my reservation here because the entrance that I came into didn't have a scanner. Luckily there was someone in the office (it is not always manned) and they were able to open the gate so I could get out. When I asked them why my ticket didn't work, they said it was because the scanner was on the OTHER SIDE of the garage. There was nothing on the ticket about this. Since the garage was large, I wouldn't have known that.

 - Worst garage EVER. (1) They do not stop cars from entering even though they are beyond capacity. We paid $7 to be in the lot for 15 mins, with 100 other cars, and not one empty spot. (2) It is SO dangerous driving in here! The pathways are barely large enough for one car to drive through, let alone the fact that it is 2 way (with 2 entrances)! Combine that with tight turns and DEAD ENDS that randomly happen in this garage- it was a dangerous nightmare! Save your money and find street parking or go to a lot that is actually attended by someone and will stop you from entering when at capacity!

 - We were headed into Old Town for the weekend before Fourth of July. I was concerned about parking. I was glad I found this app to help us park with ease. We picked a covered garage that was close to the waterfront. The set up with the QR code was simple. I will definitely use it again, especially when heading into D.C., saves time driving around in circles.

 - Parking was tight for our Chevy Traverse. We expected it to be busy. Saw two instance where vehicles had parked over into adjacent space, making it useless except for smallest vehicles. They should have been charged double.

 - I was pleased I could reserve my "spot" pro to my two hour drive to Old Town for a dinner party; however, when I arrived to Colonial Parking, I presented my bar code to the scanner. No joy. Thinking I was not City Savvy and possibly not following instruction, I increased the light on my phone -scanned and scanned. No joy. By now there are 6 impatient customers lined up behind me. Not good. I finally took a ticket to get in. Parked. Could not find the PAY STATION in order to figure it what to do about the potential of now paying $32 for parking. According to attendant, thetc scanner was broken add was the exit gate onto Union St. Eventually, I spoke directly to the attendant. He was kind and resolved the situation. It took about 20 minutes to park. Great idea if your equipment is operational.

 - Easy and convenient!!

 - Readers were not working properly. Cars were lined up. Took over 30 minutes to exit the garage. Someone should have just opened the gate and let the cars exit. On a busy Sat nite, not acceptable.
