- Last night (Dec. 26) a group of us parked at the 580 parking garage to attend a show at the Aronoff Center. It was convenient and close enough for an elderly man to walk to the show. After the show we waited in a line at the kiosk to pay. That line moved quickly. There was another longer wait for the one elevator that was functioning. Thirty minutes later we were near the exit. We wondered why some cars were taking so long to leave. At the exit we found out we were to be charged an extra $6 for the half hour we had been waiting in line. We paid what I felt to be the "ransom". Others in our group were home while we were still stuck in the garage. I will choose another parking garage in the future. The policy/charges need to be looked at.

- False advertising of $5 overnight. They will charge you $18 when you checkout. It is clean and well lit though.

- Do not park here! I parked here received my ticket and paid inside the building with a credit card and was supposed to be issued another ticket to use to exit the garage as well as a receipt...the machine sounded like it was trying to print a ticket but didn't , so after 5 minutes I pressed the call button and a woman said to go ahead and leave she would meet me at the gate. After I got in my car and went to the gate I pressed the call button and told the man what happened, he said there isn't any woman that works here...so he told another man in the background to come out and get my license plate number and they could mail me a violation if I was lying...Seriously. I had a pending charge on my bank account and offered to show them but they blew me off! What a joke!

- Do not park here! We arrived at 20 til 5-sign says first 20 minutes are $2. Sign says after 5 is $6. We tried to le ave at 8:30. That's $2+$6= $8. We were charged $14. NO SPECIAL EVENT in city. Paid machine the $14-got no receipt needed to exit garage. Pressed phone button. Got response we were unable to understand. Employee passing by told us to go to level with office . No one in office. Another passer by employee tried for some time to reach person who was supposed to be in office on the phone. No answer. We spent 30 minutes trying to get out of the garage. Finally one of the former mentioned employees got some card to let us out.

- This garage charges day rates on weekends they deem "special" due to events such as baseball games, plays, etc. WITHOUT NOTICE. A Saturday charge is supposed to be $5.00 and I ended up paying $16.00 due to the "invisible" event. Avoid this place.

- I usually love this garage but today was awful. The new system was out of tickets when I arrived at 650am. I called for help and they told me to wait. Three cars were behind me anyways so I could back out. No one came so I recalled at 700 and was told to hold again finally someone to show up at 710 to tell me they could not help me. Couldn’t refill the tickets or open the gate for me. I had to wait for 5 cars to back up and then back up into a busy downtown street at 710 in the morning. No apology was offered to me about making me late for work or their system not working

- This garage did not get five stars due to lights not ON during Sunday afternoon. Very dark with "security" type of lights burning. Otherwise the location, the fees, the size and the two Tesla and one J1772 chargers rate the full complement of stars. It is the ONLY garage on the east side of downtown Cincinnati that has chargers. Convenient to Aranoff, Taft Theater, Main Library. Fountain Square.
