 - $24.00 lost fee after a paid $8.00 15 minutes before. I misplaced my ticket with all the stuff I had in my hands.

 - BEWARE! I parked for 2 hours and paid $8.00, and on my way up to the upper level my ticket fell out of my pocket. I went back immediately to the ticket machine, and pressed for assistance. I explained I just paid, and even have the $8.00 transaction in-progress on my banking mobile app to show I paid. Didn't listen or care. "Get lost ticket." That's all and hung up intercom. I hit the lost ticket button and it said $24.00!!! That's a total of $32.00 for 2 hours. I paid and called my bank on the home to dispute this obvious bad charge. The street is hard and has zoned parking. Good luck!

 - This parking garage & staff are shady. If you have any other options to park anywhere in the vicinity you should take those. This includes street parking several blocks away. The staff is inflexible and the lost ticket fee of $24 is absolutely criminal. They make money by fleecing people. BEWARE!

 - I parked at the meters outside this parking area which is monitored by Colonial Parking, and got back to my car with 2 minutes still left on my meter and a ticket from 4 minutes before that (so 6 minutes was left on the meter at the time of the ticket). I took this to the parking garage office and they said they will look into for me, which I appreciate, but am not hopeful. I informed them that this type of behavior has happened to me before. Why they give out tickets to people who are lawfully paying the meters and try to rip them off is beyond me. It causes me great concern for this company's business practices, and I will be notifying the general manager of the Market Commons as well to make them aware of this situation and potential business ethics issue.
