- Parked at the 707 lot on Monroe Friday. Upon leaving a guest of the 707 East Banquet Hall called AAA because her keys were locked in her car. The attendants would not allow the tow truck driver into the lot. I called 911 to report the incident; however, the tow truck driver did not argue with the attendants but drove away and in less than 5 minutes came back with a police escort. Before he returned. someone asked if they were going to leave the lady in the cold the older attendant said "I don't give a s... right in the ladies presence. We asked again how would she get in her car he replied, "I don't care." This is not how you treat the public and especially a woman who is stranded at night time. We use this lot every year without a problem. It is unfortunate that this happened at the end of a joyous event.
