 - you can't give zero star reviews but if I could this would be it. The nigger who runs the exit is a piece of shit.

 - I went there to speak to Lupe the parking manager to find a solution to my employees in casa del mar where we purchase the validations in advance. She just ignored me and she said I can't help you there is a lot of vehicles coming I will see what we could do about it, then she left and did not do anything. If we have already purchased the validations in advance why do we have to pay up front? poor customer service....

 - After spending 4 hours waiting in the cold rain at the Santa Monica parking operations office across the street to purchase an annual day beach parking permit, I paid for parking at the machine prior to exit however upon exit my ticket was "unreadable" likely b/c it had gotten wet from the rain so I pressed the "assistance" button only to have a dismissive attendant rudely bark at me to pay again as the first payment didn't take. As feared, I was double charged despite my assertions to the attendant that I had already paid & my ticket was likely just unreadable from being rained on. I was initially charged $8.50 at the first pay machine and then charged $10 only minutes later in order to be allowed to exit. These parking operators are crooks and have completely wasted my time as I now left attempting to resolve this double charge.

 - A bit of a walk from the action, but there's always spaces open and who can beat $5 all day parking in Santa Monica?
