 - I waited in a car line to exit for over 20 minutes, which pushed me into a higher payment category. It seemed to be due to the exit machine's refusal to take credit cards, which caused a lot of confusion and the need to scrounge for cash. There were a lot of very annoyed customers.

 - Terrible!!!! I used my credit card and it said my credit card not accepted. There was no attendant in the booth and the arm wouldn't go up so I had to put in cash. I then checked my credit card after I left and I had been charged the parking fee. So I had to pay double. I GIVE THEM NO STARS

 - Great experience. I wasn't familiar with the parking machine. The manager came out and walked me through the process. Gave me directions to where I was going and thanked me for parking with them.

 - I tried to pay with my debit card via the designated credit card slot in the machine. The machine said, "Credit cards are not accepted." the ticket attendant had to let me out manually. When I got home, I saw that I had been charged twice, so I guess it read my credit card both times I tried it, but didn't open the gate and denied having the ability to process my payment. Annoying.

 - I went the machine and it did have change, and the machine told me to go to the window for my change, and there was nobody there, what kind of crap is that?!

 - Absolute worst parking garage I've ever been too. Management is a joke and we had to wait 2 hours to get out because of the one man working. Insane.

 - The garage receipt printer was not working at the time I exited the garage. I need the receipt for my expense reimbursement. I called and spoke with the garage manager, Chad. He was very friendly, and accommodating. He promptly emailed me a receipt.
