 - Made a reservation in which I had to put the time, date, and event I was going to and pay ahead of time. Got to the garage and the door was shut and when I called the company I was told they weren’t open that day. I said I had made a reservation and they told me that was a mistake. Found another lot and when I left from my event I saw people driving out of this garage. They lied to me and gave my reserved spot to someone else. Save your money, horrible business practice

 - Stole half my keys off my keychain, silly me for thinking I could trust valet parking with more than my car key! Manager and garage won't return my calls. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.
