- We used this garage while attending a show at the Academy of Music on 03/20/16. The charge was $28, which was somewhat close to what we expected to pay. On return to the garage after the show, we paid at the machine in the elevator lobby. After waiting for the elevator and arriving back at our car we started our drive down the extremely narrow ramp. Once at the bottom we were unable to exit. When we slid the ticket in the gate it said we owed $6.00 more! A woman came over to our car and stated that it must have been more than 15 minutes since we paid. We were held captive until we paid the extra $6.00! What a scam! We by no means delayed our leaving the parking garage. We went straight to our car and left!! I tried calling the phone number on the ticket and it was disconnected. Don't use this parking garage. They rip you off!!!
